Open the Control Panel from the Start Menu.

 

Then click on System And Security.

 

Then click Windows Update.

Then click Change Settings.

The Check for updates .................. Select download and install them.

Then click on Check For Updates. 

Then you can get updates from update [KB971033] is not installed, Then you can update your Windows 7. 

If you wish to update it for the benefit of the family can hide.
